The interview process consists of 2 rounds:
1. Hiring Manager Interview – discussion on your Data Analyst experience, stakeholder management, Agile practices, and related work.
2. Onsite Panel Interview – meetings with panel members focusing on behavioral and situational questions.
Overall, the process is not very difficult and is primarily experience-based.
It was good, positive, and interactional. The interview was almost 1 hour (30 min with the Chief of Staff and hiring manager). the first 20 min was really good, it was about administrative roles, specifically calendar management, and the second one was mostly about people management and admiistrative roles.

Great experience good interview. Interviewers were polite, The interview process was professional, organized, and respectful. The recruiter and talent acquisition team were clear in coordinating the interview, and the interviewers created a welcoming environment that made the conversation feel comfortable.
