I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fanscape in Oct 2014
Interview
Spent more time communicating via email/phone then in person interviews. Had 3 phone conversations before even getting a face to face. Then 2 more phone conversations & another in person & with the final phone conversation the opportunity died... all from a part of the team that doesn't even function in that office. It lacked structure & was quite confusing & took up way too much time.

Question 1
They seemed very concerned about personality trait flaws and and asked me lots of personal scenarios & how I would handled them related to interpersonal communication.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fanscape (Marina del Rey, CA) in Dec 2014
Interview
I submitted an online application with a resume and cover letter. Shortly thereafter, I was contacted by an individual from HR and asked a few simple questions (mostly personality based). After the conversation, the HR representative asked me to come into the office to complete an interview. The interview lasted about 15 or 20 minutes. A few days after the interview, HR contacted me to let me know that I had received the position. Overall, it was a pretty simple process!
