Spoke with Manager on the phone and then had me come in; Office is out of his home; Had me take a "test" in order to prove myself and my knowledge of my computer skillsets. Not very hard if you took some basic computer systems and how to make them work for you. As I am taking my test, the manager is reviewing other resumes across from me. Saying, "ok hes good", "too far", "maybe, possible". Interview consisted of standard discovery questions about my history, experiences, and interest in the position. "Why do you want to work here" "How come you haven't been hired yet, you have a great resume" "It would be great to have a women on board with us again"
