My interview was almost 2 hours. After introductions and job description, they gave me 3 tests. First one was to copy the design of the piece of paper with only 5 mins to do. 2nd test was to put measurements and guidelines for proofs. Different companies have a different way to doing guidelines, they didn't show me how to do their way, just expected me to magically know it. Last test was more of a problem they had with a client and hoping I would solve it for them. After the test, they showed me their machines, and what they use. If you don't know how to use it, they have some video guides for you to learn on your own time or on the weekends. Both the owner and his right hand man was condescending. Expects you to already know everything but also offer low pay wage. I didn't hear from them for a week, until they called asking if I can work that day because his designer was sick. Offered me a trail period before hire. Told him I couldn't make it the same day, offered the next day. But no, he was only desperate for that day only and seemed to me he wasn't really keen on hiring me. Never heard from them after that.
