I was able to talk with the manager of the team rather than someone from HR which gave me some fantastic insights about the role, the position, the team dynamic and the company culture. The interview process was very friendly and I actually enjoyed talking with everyone I interviewed with. The position didn't end up aligning but they seem like great people.
