Initial interview on basic resume info and a discussion of company values. This was followed by an interview with the Program Manager for the area of the company I was applying to support. After this interview I received a practical assessment to conduct "project management" for a theoretical product to include working through a gantt chart, and a budget.

Given the practical assessment details of the theoretical product development I was asked to prep a schedule using an online (free) gantt charting tool, and to create a spreadsheet budget.
