I was invited to one screening interview and one set of interviews at their office. I interviewed separately with a project manager and then with two senior artists, which in total lasted for about 1,5 hours.

I interviewed with two recruiters, for a director-level role, but they didn’t have the budget for a director. They were looking for someone to handle the work of multiple people for a salary below the market average.

The best question was 'Are you sure you're fine with moving to Stockholm and working from the office? It's expensive here.', followed by admitting they don’t have a proper budget.
