The process of internhsip was very simple and organised. Initially I got a call from the HR and we had a general interview on language testing skills,internspersonal skills and communication.The second internview was sheduled within 2 weeks with the manager of the department accompanied by the HR.They were more looking for problem solving skills,managing the project,autonomy and a colobrative mind set.

-> Fair understanding of the company and it's division from which the internship opportunity was open

Negative interview experience. Had an issue connecting for the virtual interview, called the recruiter who is 1) in another state and 2) was on vacation. I had no way to get in contact with the person I was interviewing with. I called the number on Google who gave me their direct line and email address. Didn't answer when I called, but emailed me back instantly with a cold short remark
