I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FedEx Office in Apr 2012
Interview
A recruiter called me at work to ask about my resume and reason for wanting the job. I guess they like to call you at work to see how you answer questions in a work-environment. Then I did a phone interview with a DM and MD, they went over my resume and asked me questions about my experience and how I dealt with pressure. I did an in-person interview as well, 1:1, and it seemed to be some standard questions and some questions to feel out my personality.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx Office (Shreveport, LA) in Jan 2016
Interview
After applying on-line on the FedEx career's website, I received a phone call from the recruiter completing a screening interview. He asked basic questions (about experience, salary requirements, giving a job preview). That lasted about 45 minutes. Then he scheduled me for a phone interview with the District Manager. That interview about more conversational, attempting to gain a better idea of how I think and get a feel about me. DM did ask questions about experience, previous jobs, dealing with customers and team members etc. That lasted about 1 hour. Then he scheduled me for a face to face interview at another FedEx Office location 2 hours away. That process lasted about 2 hours. Very detailed interview, talking about financials, customer service, SOPs, developing small teams, etc. After completing that last interview, he called me about a week later and said I had the job!

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx Office (Madison, WI) in May 2014
Interview
As an internal hire I was first interviewed by the District Manager. I was subsequently interviewed by the Regional Manager and a Sr. HR Rep. An equally qualified candidate who had been with the company longer was initially offered the position but ultimately rejected the offer. As a result it took over a month before I head anything back about the job.
