I applied online. Received a phone interview a couple days later. In-person interview scheduled for three days later (due to current work schedule)
The interview was in the center I applied at. Met with an Assistant Manager and then the Center Manager. Arrived 10min. early.

What do you know about FedEx Office? (phone interview)
Standard interview. We discussed about past work experience, how you've handled conflicts in the work place, why you see yourself working here, etc. Asked about job flexibility as I was in school at the time of the interview.

First there was a phone interview where I was asked about why I wanted this position. Next was an in person interview with my center manager. I was asked about prior positions and why I left my previous job. Then I met with a regional manager to see if I was fit for this position.
