The first interview was a group one and It Was very nerve reckoning, the questions were read off of a paper, but management was engaging in the conversation so it wasn't a dull moment...second interview you will speak with the hiring manager's manager I forgot her name but she was extremely sweet... They literally ask you to explain in detail about your past working experience and why do you think they should hire U , if your very outspoken, not shy to talk and have confidence within yourself you will do amazing ...

Standard interview. We discussed about past work experience, how you've handled conflicts in the work place, why you see yourself working here, etc. Asked about job flexibility as I was in school at the time of the interview.

First there was a phone interview where I was asked about why I wanted this position. Next was an in person interview with my center manager. I was asked about prior positions and why I left my previous job. Then I met with a regional manager to see if I was fit for this position.
