They introduce themselves with a pitch and ask you to do the same.
After that they give you different scenarios about programming and ask you would you solve them. Depending on the topics you use to explain they will talk deeper about that. To make sure you knowe what you are talking about

Interview
Firstly I had 2 meetings with HR (both meetings were very nice, they were, generally, very polite and really made me confortable).
After those 2 meetings I had a 3rd one, a technical interview, which lasted 1h30min and where I was asked questions relevant for the job in question.
