Application required a cover letter. First test involved multiple choice technical questions about Java and JavaScript, asking about things such as pass by value and equality. The quiz had a time limit of 10 minutes.

Interview
two technical interviews then a character interview with the CEO The first technical interview is a programming problem with string manipulation. Then the second interview, they ask C++ and OOP related questions. Last interview is with the CEO who just asks you some trivial questions.
Phone screen with HR followed by technical interview with a senior developer. Then a video interview with two other senior developers on C++ semantics, OOP principles such as encapsulation, inheritance and polymorphism, and programming principles.
