I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ferguson
Interview
Met with a recruiter at a career fair and set up an interview. Had an interview with a regional recruiter on campus a month later. Had a 30 minute interview involving résumé. At the end of the interview they offered me a sales job. I wasn't interested in that and never heard back about the credit position. Not sure why I wasted my time considering they didn't seem interested with me for the position I interviewed for.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ferguson (Reading, MA) in Jan 2026

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ferguson (Newport News, VA) in Nov 2017
Interview
The first day is comprised of a warehouse tour, a showroom tour, and a networking dinner. The next day is three back-to-back 30 minute interviews, which are casual. I was told that I would hear back either way (e-mail if no, phone call if yes) in two weeks, but never heard from anyone. Very unprofessional and discouraging.
