I got call from FNP and the first round was a telephonic interview, I haven't seen any telephonic interview that goes so long (90 Minutes) seem like the interviewer wants to cover all the questions of Html, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJs. Just after the interview I got a call from HR team of FNP and she told me that your feedback is positive so you have to come on a weekday for further round of interview. There office is in remote location (Chattarpur farms) and no direct connectivity. Second round took around another 90 Minutes its a F2F discussion. After that HR told me that you feedback is positive for the second round as well and now there is two more round are pending one with the CTO who is in Hyderabad and then a HR discussion. Later on she called me and told me that there is one more round before CTO interaction and gave me excuse that she is new to the organisation so she is unaware of the process. Then on the given day she told me that panel is unavailable so rescheduling it for tomorrow and on the next day when I haven't received the call after waiting for 15 min I asked her to do it on some other day as its already late. She can't do so and wants me to wait further. After 30 min I received the call from the interview panel and that person asked me some general questions to whome I answered very clearly. And I just 20 min he wind-up the call and then when I follow up with the HR she told me that my CSS is not upto the mark so my candidature can't be considered further. Outcome: After a candidate is interviewed for 3 hours he is just rejected on a 20 min of interview over the call for the CSS issue btw he haven't asked any question about the CSS part. Advice: Please don't waste someone's precious time by conducting 3 hours of interview If you have expert who can judge someone's css skills without asking any questions about it.
