I interviewed for a role at Ferrilli, but the process was disappointing. After the interviews, I received a generic rejection email stating the role was filled, just a week after I was told multiple positions were open. Also, the generic rejection email came from a completely different email system than the one I had been communicating through. It felt impersonal and disorganized—just another sign that transparency wasn’t a priority.
If they already had someone in mind, more transparency upfront would’ve saved time for everyone. While the recruiter was professional, the lack of organization and unclear decision-making process raised concerns about how the company operates internally.
If applying, I’d recommend asking directly about timelines and decision-making.
