I regret accepting the one-way video interview for this role. The format allowed no interaction, no opportunity to ask questions, and imposed strict one-minute limits per question, which made it very difficult to provide thoughtful or complete answers—especially for a technical position. Interviews should be a two-way process, and this format felt impersonal and not reflective of real collaboration or communication in the workplace. I did not find this to be a fair or effective way to evaluate candidates and would hesitate to participate in a similar process again.

Relatively easy application and interview process with the hiring manager and a panel. They came to my school for a career expo and collected my resume. Two different interview stages focused mostly on technical questions.
