The hiring process includes 3 stages: 1) HR screening 2) Live coding session (LeetCode) 3) More theoretical interview, but with coding tasks a bit. The 3rd interview was quite well. Interviewer asked relevant questions regarding the position and I enjoyed the session. Looks like Interviewer from the second session doesn't like to talk with people... Just no proper response/hint from the provided solution to him. I had a feeling that he isn't interested in interview at all

I got until the video call for a professional screening , during the interview the interviewer was very nice and there was a good connection an mutual understanding of the challenges, nothing special , I am very experienced in want they were looking for, felt really good During the interview people actually started moving some stuff inside the interviewer room , not big deal, I ignored it but it bothered the interviewer. I know they would not appreciated if they situation was reversed, either way I kept my mouth shut being social, friendly and professional. I never heard from them again. After seeing the reviews on glass door, I should have known Red Flags all over the place.
