I had a great time interviewing! The process was fast and smooth, which I very much appreciated. I was also able to meet a bunch of members of the Institute during my interviewing process, which felt fun and exciting! I really got to understand and learn about the community from the people that work there.

Interview
-Contacted by a 3rd party recruiter/headhunter for the position
-A phone call with recruiter to learn more about the position
-Initial video interview with head recruiter who then presented me as a candidate
-Learned the salary would be life-changing and got my hopes up
-Video interview with VP of Programs at Fetzer
-The interview I felt went well but then never heard back
-Eventually called recruiter and ended the process
