1. Applied for VP - Delivery. 2. Was told that they have Director and VP positions. 3. Interview questions weren't sounding leadership level. Interviewer was 1 level down compared to the position I applied for; he didn't even know CR process. Out of curiosity, asked him for the position he is interviewing. He said Delivery Manager/Scrum Master. He apologized for the goof up happened. 4. Recruiter calls and says that I got rejected. 5. Good bye Feuji.
