Interview
As you may have read on other reviews, if you fail an answer, the CEO will just hang up on you. Interviews are stressful enough, this is wrong and arrogant. Everybody has room to learn, the candidates that didn't pass may be qualified in a few years... Because of that behavior, I doubt anybody would apply again.
Think about the way they treat other candidate that failed. What would happen if you ever disappoint the CEO? He's going to fire you on an honest mistake?

Interview
Got a repsponse via email to schedule an appointment with the recruitment specialist. Had a 30 minute video call. Took one of those standardized tests, then took another technical one specific to the job. Prettu sure I did pretty well on both but got an immediate rejection the following day. Regardless, the process was quite well-organized and executed.
