Interview
Fifteen minute phone interview where I was asked a few basic questions but was turned off when the interviewer asked "so why didn't you want to pay your dues at [past employer]?" I found the question to be classless and unprofessional so I withdrew my candidacy. It's important for companies to remember that the candidates they speak to are human beings.

Interview
Had an interview with the Head of Operations who asked some initial questions to get to know me. Was later invited to a trial day. I did not pass the trial day but was told that the next step was another interview with the heads of the company.
