Weird they wanted me to complete a personality test to prove I was enough of a bad person, then when I did the test they said I was too much of an bad person. Also they said "recruitment is about winning not helping people"
Two interviews online and then an online assessment process. Passed process but didn’t pass the personality quiz as was required. Received feedback from my recruiter that I was not punchy enough. Good learning experience

Really easy and fast interview process. Enjoyed it and wouldn’t of mind if it had carried on.
They know what they want and what the company is about , so if your a good fit into the company then they will take you on.
