I applied to this job with a pretty over qualified resume (I am a senior in college). The person who conducts interviews called me and left a message to call back. I habe called twice since then (time span of 5 days) and haven't heard anything back

Interview
It was informal with the HR manager and the Direct Manager if they had time. It almost seemed as though they where trying to convince me to work for them not the other way around. the questions where simple and seemingly routine.
