Did not match what was advertised, the job was advertised as entry level no experience needed however the interviewer seemed to want a seasoned sales professional. Out of 10 people who were shortlisted to participate in the interview only 1 got the job. According to them they were checking problem solving and thinking on ones feet however the process itself for assessing this was flawed as it was mainly based on the interviewers intuition and there was no set framework or record of how i did.

Interview with the supervisor, and the other candidates, later on a made up scene where I could show how would I approach a person on the street and how would I deal with someone who is not interested or heard negative feedback about our company/work...
