Internal HR staff found my LinkedIn profile and contacted me. After messaging with the staff we set up a phone interview. The LinkedIn profile of the hiring manager was provided to me. I had nne short (30 min) phone interview with the hiring manager which was followed up quickly by a face-to-face interview (1 hour) with the team. The office spaces are below average if compared to innovative tech spaces in the Kansas City area.
