The interview process consisted of five rounds:
1) Recruiter Interview (30 min): Covered the role, company product, salary, scheduling, and other details. Very thorough.
2) Director of Support & Senior Product Support Expert Interview (1 hour): Focused on getting to know you, your experience, and background.
3) UK Manager Interview & Product Demo Training (1 hour): Half with the UK Product Support Manager youâd collaborate with, and half a product demo led by a Senior Product Support Expert. You learn the platform and take notes to prepare for the next stage.
4) Director of Support Demo Presentation (45 min): Role-play presenting the product demo you learned earlier and answering client questions. Knowledge base and scenario provided in advance.
5) SVP of Support & HR Manager Interview (45 min): First 15 minutes with the SVP to discuss your past roles, then the HR Manager for a culture fit assessment.
Overall, the team was friendly and approachable, and the company culture seemed positive, with employees who believe in their product. Unfortunately, I did not receive an offer.
