The interview was strange. I could hear the person before me and it seemed as if the Regional made her decision prior to me entering the room. It was immediately apparent that the position was not a good fit. My strength is accounting/budget and variance reports but this Co. has their managers focusing on marketing and sales only. You will not have access to a budget. Corporate will tell you when you can't spend anymore. That type of system would not work for me but some people may find that perfectly fine. She had two pages of questions and randomly asked them. The process was different because when I started telling her what my management style was, she interrupted me mid-sentence and told me what her management style was. It was obvious, at that point, what I was dealing with. It was not a good fit for either of us.
