I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at First Care (Hazard, KY) in Dec 2019

Interview

Two different Interviews the first on Skype. The second in person. each a week apart. They were with different team members I never got to really let anyone understand me. The one on one she only asked e question and didn't really ask much else. She did ask about skills that the first interviewer already covered.

Interview

Interview was very short and really nothing more than filling out paperwork. Once hired 3 days of training turned into 3 hrs and I was on my own. Just seemed very unorganized and not very well put together

Interview

Detailed background check and a variety of education psychology course at the junior college level. The interviewed asked questions to determine what I would do under certain emergency circumstances. The position required that I have CPR certification.
