Interview
Initial phone interview with DM, then met DM at a store. The interview was very laid back with all standard interview questions. Nothing off the wall or out of the ordinary. Then a phone interview with a store manager.
Easy interview. They care more about personality than anything. Most positions come from internal promotions. I don’t know of any external promotions that have happened. Expect it to be fast and prepare questions for them because they wouldn’t be forthcoming with information.

Answer questions, short interview process applied online two days later called for interview went in for interview next day was hired day after interview. Management is ok, overall job was a learning experience
