After answering an online ad, I was interviewed the first time.
I was then asked back ( 3 ) add'l Interviews over 30 days - w/ background check
After not hearing back after the fourth interview, I sent an email asking if the CEO had made up his mind. It was then that he 'officially' hired me, to report the following Monday.
