First Face Trainee Team Leader interview questions

They found my CV and asked me t come in for an 'overview' of the role. I did, and on arrival had to wait for an hour before having a 5 minute chat. I wasn't terribly impressed. There was no real clarification of the role but he pushed that everyone start from the bottom. As they were the ones who approached me, I felt that they needed to show me why they were worth my time but I didn't get the impression they had looked at my background or CV at all.
