I had an initial interview for a different position, but I was asked if I would consider other positions as well. The HR manager was very responsive and helpful in keeping me updated during the review process, and during both of my in-person interviews, I could already tell what a supportive company culture there was.

Interview
It was very easy to apply for any position. I very easily put in a physical application and was called only a couple days later. I went in and the interview was done with 2 managers or senior managers. They are very friendly and it is not a super nerve wrecking experience. There isn't a line of people waiting to be interviewed, they generally allow a good bit of time between interviews.
