A few rounds, meet with the recruiter first on the phone, then meet with the hiring manager. It can be a few more rounds after that, before they wait a couple weeks to decide.
Lots of rounds, culture focused. Nothing too crazy. You talk to all levels of management and other teams in the department before you receive an offer. It was time consuming especially while working another job at the time.

It was as straightforward and there were only two rounds. It was mostly behavioral and a separate technical. Read through the company first republic bank website beforehand to research on what their values and mission is.
