In my experience, since the hiring manager saw that I was a person that had great customer service skills due to my past experience, the interview went from being what it was (an interview) and it turned more into feeling more like I was in and felt like I was being recruited.

This seemed like a friendly team. They seemed like really nice, supportive people. Everyone said they like working there because of the culture. Bonus point is HR is very efficient and responsive.

Great company, long interview process but excellent culture. Important to be proactive in asking questions and you need to be able to collaborate to succeed. You’ll probably end up going through 4-7 rounds.
