Interview
There were multiple rounds of Interviews starting with the hiring manager but fairly easy overall. This is really a Cultural interview if anything. You have to meet with multiple people in the organization in this process.

This seemed like a friendly team. They seemed like really nice, supportive people. Everyone said they like working there because of the culture. Bonus point is HR is very efficient and responsive.

Great company, long interview process but excellent culture. Important to be proactive in asking questions and you need to be able to collaborate to succeed. You’ll probably end up going through 4-7 rounds.

Overall quick and easy. All about the culture and the fit. They care more about the person than their past experience. Great process that makes sure they find the right person
