Interview
I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with the recent job application process at this company. My journey through the application stages included: Initial Screening: An encouraging call with HR initially gave me hope for a positive experience. Online Assessment: The assessment phase, while challenging, was a testament to the company's commitment to evaluating candidates thoroughly. In-House Tech Interview: The in-person interview was engaging and allowed me to showcase my skills. Task: I was assigned a task to which I dedicated four days to complete. I invested substantial effort and even compromised my sleep schedule. However, my optimism rapidly transformed into frustration as the days turned into weeks with no communication from the company. After waiting for two months, I sent 3 follow-up emails to HR, expressing my continued interest and seeking clarification on the status of my application. Regrettably, my follow-up email has also gone unanswered, further intensifying my disappointment. This complete lack of communication is unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates who invest their time, energy, and dedication into the application process. I understand that companies have their own timelines, but a two-month period without any feedback or acknowledgment is excessive and paints a distressing picture of the company's values. Such disregard for potential employees raises serious concerns about the work culture and overall candidate experience. As someone who respects open communication and values transparency, I cannot help but express my profound disappointment in this entire process. Job seekers deserve better treatment and consideration, especially after committing significant resources to an application process.
