About an hour long. It was a great experience for recent graduates. It sets the applicant up for a long-term position. Great office atmosphere as well. The candidates that stand out are the ones that communicate well and have a good understanding of accounting.

The ones conducting the interview were very nice. They were interested in learning about the applicant rather than looking down upon the applicant.
