FirstBank (Colorado) interview questions

It was a two part process the first part was a phone screening asking the average interview questions that are easily prepared for. Including greatest strengths, weaknesses, why you’re fit for the job, work history inquiries, etc. The second part was in person with two interviewers, asking more basic questions with approximately 50% of them overlapping between the two interviews.

3 interviews, relatively easy. Really liked the people I interviewed with, they were active listeners although it was harder to make conversation on the 3rd interview so keep that in mind.
