It was very relaxed. They wanted to know about me as a person. They are mostly looking at your personality and how you would fit into their company. I would recommend finding your specific "brand" and making your self unique.

The initial phone interview was quick and then I had two more interviews after. I think the process was pretty average and it definitely helps to prep and be confident.
