I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn, who then invited me to a telephone interview. After passing the initial stage i was invited to go to their office in London. The interview was ok and they asked a mixture of competency based and behavioural based questions. The main problem i had was the lack of career progression they offer, i read online prior to this interview that there was no structured career progression for candidates, this was corroborated throughout the interview.
