It was a quick phone meet and greet interview in hopes to be asked to an on campus interview. My background is unique and diverse, so most of the question were specifics to my personal journey.

What is the most meaningful experience you have on your resume?
The interview process was long and involved multiple steps, starting with an initial phone screening to assess basic qualifications. This was followed by a technical assessment and two rounds of in-depth interviews, including a panel discussion with senior team members. After several weeks and a final interview with the hiring manager, the process concluded with reference checks before an offer was finally extended

What is one challenge you had to overcome, how did it change you?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Tampa, FL) in Feb 2025
Interview
Good, quick, usual situational questions. Nothing out of the ordinary from them. Lasted about 45 minutes. Unsure if I was on the last interview or not but thought it was well operated.
It was a phone interview and the lady was nice, it took about 30 min and she just asked basic behavioral questions and questions about my work experience and what kind of companies I had applied for
