The interview process was basic, phone interview and then an in-person interview. Everyone was nice and polite and they kept me informed about the next steps. I had an in-person interview in January and proceeded to the background check. The recruiter called every other week with a status update for three months. The last phone call I received was to inform me that they decided not to continue with the process. I understand that there are a lot of factors, but to keep someone waiting for three months just to reject them is a waste of time/insulting. They need to figure out a better process.
