Least user friendly application/interview process I've been through out of about 30 interviews within my UX career. I did several meetings for over a month. They require an excessive amount of paperwork to be completed before you're even hired, including a detailed background check noting your last decade's whereabouts. Glassdoor reviewer's had noted a lot of drawbacks and con's I asked about but they upsold every single one instead of owning up to the possibility they could improve for the sake of other's perspectives. Most interview follow up's were by email except the last one which they left a voicemail to call them back. They liked me and wanted to continue the process but it felt messy and tedious so I decided to not continue. If they plan to broaden to being more fintech, they need to level up to what other tech companies are doing in terms of organization, flow and function. If it's messy going into it, people aren't always going to want to go in.
