I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Camas, WA) in Jul 2015
Interview
1) Phone conversation with HR. 2) Phone conversation with another HR. 3) Phone interview with hiring manager. 4) Fly in for interview and interview with 3 people. (interviewed with only 2 as MVP was "busy" and couldn't come to interview. 5) No feedback and wait endlessly. No one replies to emails or phone calls. Finally, three weeks after my interview I managed to get my call answered at HR and said I was no longer being considered. My actual HR contact couldn't tell me that or respond to emails. It's pretty pathetic that they spend that much money on flying someone out and wasting money on hotel, then wasting my time to interview. Just say no if you don't want someone. Don't drag it out and stop playing games. It's inconsiderate and disrespectful.
Don't come work here unless you have already had a taste of the kool-aid. Pay is under what it should be and you're better off going to Portland or Seattle for better jobs and work environment.
One interview, some technical questions, they interview tons of people and only select 1 person at college campuses. Interview was average difficulty and had some personal questions and some technical questions.
Pretty straight forward interview asking about my experience and how it pertains to this exact role. Asked about why interested in working at Fisher and how experience i am with various platforms. Overall pretty standard
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2023
