After the initial application has been filled out, the general manager will call you and invite you for an interview within a week. Dress for interview can be professional or casual for this position, you are asked a few questions, sometimes if the owner is around he likes to meet with new potential employees before the decision is final. Within a few days they call you back and schedule days for training.
