Interview
The interview process consisted of one informational group interview where they provide information about the company, one group interview to get to know you and your skills, and a final one-on-one interview.
You first go through a presentation of the overview of the company, which is 15 minutes long. If you still want to proceed to an interview, you tell them what day Tuesday or Thursday which day would be best for you to schedule a group interview. Then if they like you, it's followed by a one on one interview.

Great thorough process including a phone screen, a one on one meeting and a final interview. Very selective about the trainers they hire. You need to have at least 1 year of training experience to apply.
