Fitz & Co interview questions

I sent an email to their hiring team for their internship, they already hired an intern but the manager emailed me back letting me know they want to interview me for a paying position that isn't opened yet.

About a 4 week process, interviewed with an account coordinator and HR manager and then completed an editing test afterward, received an email about an interview one week after submitting, editing test one week after interview, and offer one week after editing test
