It was really simple. Applied online, then got called a few days later to set up an interview. This was during the summer, so getting hired seasonally is a good bet.
Standard interview with manager who asked simple job fit and few behavioral questions. While this employment was only for part time job it wasnt the best interview experiance due to the way they left me waiting and standing around

Tell me about a time you had to make a hard choice
Short, Sweet and very smooth. The interview was 30 minutes long, and was just a conversation, got asked 3 questions and was offered the job on the spot. It’s easy.
It was fairly straightforward! If you haven't had luck with getting hired in the past, try applying when they're hiring for seasonal. I made a good impression on my managers and got asked to stay part-time!
