Interviewed for the Admin coordinator position, First interview with HR went well, automatically scheduled second with Executive Director and Program Manager. I thought both went well, very conversational and they seem like genuine people. The only thing I suggest is actually following up with people like they said they would. Not getting the job is fine but it's unprofessional to not update and ghost the people you are interviewing that are looking for work.
